Houston, We Have a Beef

You know I love Apollo 13, but it's always bugged me that while Lovell's daughter is rightfully distraught over The Beatles breaking up, but when her mom, whose guts I would love to claw myself up into, opens her bedroom door she is listening to Hendrix. Wtf?

Also:
In her hour of darkness, Barbara Lovell (Mary Kate Schellhardt), the daughter of an astronaut in peril, had words of wisdom from the Beatles album Let it Be to comfort her. Though the single was released in March 1970, the full-length album that she is holding did not go on sale until May 1970 — a full month after this scene was set.
