I don't really pay attention to or remember a lot of political speeches, but this one from the late labor leader Richard Trumka has always been near the top for me. When he finally says "look around at this town" it's a gut-punch to anyone from a small town that would rather cling to its racism and wither away forever than allow for change due to the color of skin, all while patting itself on the back for its "wholesome, American family values".
