All this time I've had the Motown box set, I've never really looked closely at the cover - seeing that it was a map I just assumed it was of Detroit, and never really looked at it. So imagine how thrilled I was this morning to realize that Virginia's on the cover AND...if you take the top of the box off and look at the inside of the right-side flap, there's Tappahannock. I don't know why it's such a thrill to see a connection between Motown and my tiny hometown, but I think it's pretty cool. It's the little things sometimes, peeps.
And yes, I know you prolly can't actually make out the word "Tappahannock." Crappy cameraphone. But it's there dammit!!!
