Modest Proposal

If governors like Sanford, Palin, Jindal and whoever else want to reject their stimulus money, then a neighboring state who wants it should get it. Then that state should gather up it's unemployed and pay them $10/hr to be bussed into the state who had rejected the money and buy lottery tickets (and, for a double eff-you, as government employees they'd have health insurance!!) After one year, let's see which state is doing better.
