There is no such thing as an "irrational" fear of snakes. Since they have no arms and no legs yet can instantly kill you, being scared of snakes is, indeed, perfectly rational.- XMASTIME
STEP 1: I hate snakes and am deathly afraid of them
STEP 2: Ooooh - I'll encourage people to wear more snakeskin stuff! Shoes. coats, handbags whatever
STEP 3: More snakeskin to be used = more snakes killed = fewer snakes that might kill me
STEP 4: It gives me an excuse to post an all-time great Only Fools and Horses line that sums up Del Boy really great, "They used to say that if Del Boy fell into a Viper's Pit, he'd come up wearing snake-skin shoes."
STEP 5: OOOoooh, Chick-Fil-A will probably reach out to partner with me $$$$$$, with my "Buy More Snake Stuff!" being similar to their great campaign with cows imploring people to eat more chicken
STEP 6: I'm brilliant! And am about to be rich!
STEP 7: Oh shit won't that just impel people to breed snakes to provide more snakeskin, ironically creating a scenario in which there are MORE snakes that can kill me?
STEP 8: OH fuck that shit, I'm out. Who's got some chips?
