For some reason I just found myself watching that insufferable Guiliani & Bill reality show, and of course they're on the road in an RV going cross country. The camera cuts to them walking out of a gas station and Bill (husband) is shaking his head in wonder at his wife (Guiliana), asking "How does somebody walk into a gas station and then spend $80?"

She says "oh honey, I didn't know the hats would cost $24!"  She bought 2, one for herself and one for her friend. They're laughing at spending so much on hats.

Meanwhile, all I can think is, even if EACH hat is $24...how do you walk into a gas station and then spend $32?  Wtf? How expensive are Combos these days?
