Happy Holidays

For some reason I've never been able to make a great grilled cheese sandwich. I guess I should add this to my "things I suck at" list.

HAHAHAHA!! "For some reason"...yes, it's a big surprise, as if I'm usually so good at doing things other than continually disproving Say's Theory that that commodities are produced as a means to acquire other commodities. Fucking christ.

ANYHoo, today is National Grilled Cheese Day. Every grilled cheese I've ever seen NOT made by me always looks amazing, like the one at the link.
