For Fuck's Sake

Cabrera. Tejada. and on and on. The Yankees need to get over this crazed single-mindedness of replacing A-Rod with another superstar. Enough. Our lineup is still stacked more than anyone elses, and that's not even counting Giambi. I think I speak for most Yankee fans when I say you know what, it's okay to not get another huge big-name marquee player at 3b. We're tired of other fans' crying and whining re: our desire to have an all-star at every position and still not winning a ring anyways. We're tired of that kind of crushing nonsense; we can live with Brosius Jr and young stud arms and fuck it, roll the dice let's play. Get the best fielding 3B we can get and let's fucking play. Besides, shouldn't the powers that be be focusing on desperately trying to get rid of Andy Phillips at 1b, even though all he does is hit triples, field exceptionally and just HAPPENED to be in the middle of things when the Yankees finally started their comeback this season? Maybe when he's an old, broken down player demanding $25M/yr the Yankees will get interested in him. Sorry. Digressing!
