Am I dreaming, or did Joe Francis get released just in time for Spring Break? I mean, there's no way the Feds are that funny on purpose, is there?

Not one in the same Joe Francis, son of Connie Francis of 1960 "Where The Boys Are", film about Spring Break in Fort Lauderdale? What did he do now?
