Softball

My team's softball season is upon us already. Thank god we have a pretty much 100% veteran squad; there is nothing that forces veins I didn't even realize I had pop out of my head and makes me think "this dude has never, ever played baseball competively" more than when someone crosses the plate as the third out of an inning is being recorded (e.g. trotting in from third on a fly ball to center) and some dude turns to me and asks "does that run count?"

HEAD EXPLODING INTO THOUSAND OF PIECES, FACE IN CONTAINER AT THE NEST.
