...for when you're walking up to the door of your building and theres a chinese derivery guy standing there? Do you let him in the lobby, or just kinda ignore him and close the door in his face behind you? Or c) fumble with your keys, pretend you're on the phone and "accidently" let the door fall shut while murmering "oh, shit!" with a sympathetic look at him? Hmm.
Hey, nobody wants to become known around the building as "The guy who let the Chinese frottage all-star into the building", right?

Let him in. If there's a future crime in the works, it's more likely the criminal lives in your building (those delivery guys are almost as vulnerable as convenience store clerks and gas station attendants).
"Sorry, I cant let you in".
