I agree - it was so much cooler than We Are the World, that it seems bigger than it really is. But I loved it even when i didn't even know who this Bono Vox guy thought he was with the funny name.
And Sun City made me think Little Steven was gay for years, but it rocked too.
1) Its a great song - totally agree with NH 2) MIGHT have overstated re: "best song of the decade :) 3) so true - it really does look so much better next to WRTWorld. ugh. 4) Rambler has mentioned Sin City before, i think. good, but not a super-slice!!!

Whenever someone tells me they dont like that song I automatically relegate their friendship to "to be determined, outlook not good" status.
This song seems better than it is because We Are The World was so damn awful! Don't get me wrong, this is a good, catchy "message" song.
But Sun City kicked its ass.
