Thank You OSAMA!!!!!

I've never been a real number-cruncher with stats when it came to my blog. Over three years I've seen a gradual buildup, culminating in the last few months where it's tripled from this time a year ago. It's not like I'm Matt Drudge, but I felt like the Head Bloggah in Charge on my block, and I looked forward to gaining even more of an audience.

But all that stopped on Election Day. Since Election Day my numbers audience has been sliced by 75%. Which is baffling to me...now, I can understand a GRADUAL decline - people come to blogs, people go, nature of the game. But the suddenness of it is odd to me. In particular that the "crash" came right after Election Day. Certainly nobody really thinks of this purely as a "political" blog; I promise you I write about squirrels jerking each other off (slowly) more than anyone else you know. And if they did think that, surely they wouldn't think it would stop, would they? It's like there was a meeting on this thing. Odd.
