Carry Me Back to Ol' Poverty
I see Virginia has placed itself nicely into the race with South Carolina et al to flush itself down the shitter, rejecting $125M in stimulus. Which means that from now on whenever someone asks where I'm from and I say "Virginia" and they ask "WEST Virginia?," instead of reacting with extreme indignation I will be forced to respond "well, soon enough."
