Welcome Back Gov!

I'm sure I speak for the residents of South Carolina when I say that I hope Gov. Sanford, after wearing himself out heroically trying to reject $700m to help his state's schools and stifle double-digit unemployment, is well-rested after a jaunt to Argentina which surely cost the taxpayers no money. I would've recommended cucumbers on the eyes while listening to a radio broadcast of Footloose, but what the fuck do I know?
