Curriculum

My high school was difficult in such that if you were a sofa cushion, you might have trouble keeping up; otherwise I can't say it was real challenging. So in seeing this article over at Sully's I wonder how things mightv'e been if my parents had taken over the reins of my own curriculum. The upside is I'd be outrageously well-versed in history - both US and World; my Dad had every one of those husband/wife Durant Western Civ joints and would've made me read each and every once he had realized my teachers were making me read Terry Bradshaw: Man of Steel. Also I'd be the greatest expert you know on the history of Irish saints as well as the history of the Canadian cavalry during the 19th century. I would not comprehend Algebra, but I would make up for that by understanding women via my mother's endless romance novels (any sex parts an 11 year-old boy would wanna read were always at the end of the chapter, you young bucks out there heh heh heh...or fuck it, goto YouPorn I guess. sigh) as well as learning how to cook food that is without actual flavor. Another con would be my paper football career stalling after 7th grade, which is a loss for the whole world. So I guess there's pros & cons to the whole idea.
