John McCain just made the claim that we shouldn't move to investigate and prosecute torture, since the punishment to the guilty is their tarnished reputations. I wonder if he'd feel the same about some guy that raped his daughter? "Well, now his reputation is ruined, that's enough for me." Hmm.
