Sotomayor

It's fun to watch Jeff Sessions parse the New Haven case with Sotomayor, trying to "gotcha!!" her when the whole world watching knows that the only reason they've even heard of Jeff Sessions is that he's pretty famous for not being crazy about people who aren't white. It's baffling that they even let him be the "point man" on this. "Let's try to discredit the Puerto Rican judge with our most egregious racist!" Brilliant. Maybe they can fly in David Duke to argue that black people shouldn't be allowed to drive cars. How does someone like this rise to such a position? Only in America, I guess.

UPDATE: Sessions "slams" Sotomayor here for not voting along with other Peurto Ricans. Which actually DOES remain consistent with his own philosophy of voting along with other rich white men. So you can't say he's wishy-washy.
