Teddy

Growing up the son of people born in Massachusetts in the 1940s, the name "Kennedy" was thrown around more than once or twice; my favorite being the story of my mother cussing out Robert Kennedy for stepping on her foot. Apocryphal? Maybe. (Cue Brothatime!!'s email: "that never happened, dumbass.")

I do think this is a good time to wonder about the notion that a Senator infirmed in his home while under his own national healthcare cannot cast a vote on national healthcare simply because he is not physically present in the Senate. Whack.

For all those whose cares have been our concern, the work goes on, the cause endures, the hope still lives, and the dream shall never die.

ps - while being the "loser" brother, he was by far the better football player while at Harvard than any of them.
