Ahhhh, Glory Days


In honor of Michael Jordan being elected to the Hall of Fame, ESPN Classic is showing some of his college games; right now I'm watching the Carolina/Duke 1984 ACC Semifinal. I'm bummed cause I missed the previous game, a 1983 UVa/UNC game, ie Michael vs. Ralph. Though coming up next is a 1984 UVa/UNC game; a UVa team that was Ralph-less but went to the Final Four. In other words, hard as it is to believe even as I'm watching it, there was a time when Virginia basketball mattered. Man.
