Last night I looked out and saw Venus, and for no real reason the opening line of Valentine popped into my head. Then I started thinking about although they have nothing to do with each other musically, I can't think of Valentine without thinking of Never Mind, and vice-versa - just like I can't think of No Surrender without thinking of Bobby Jean. And those two songs, JUST like the other two, are the first two songs on side 2 of their respective album. Hmm. Interesting.
Anyways, here's a horribly competent band fronted by maybe the most boring singer in the world. Enjoy.
