What's the Record For...


...earliest yanking by a manager, not counting injury? I mean, has there ever been an instance wherein a pitcher throws two pitches and the manager said "oh, fuck this" and pulled him?

I could've sworn I heard some major leaguer got pulled in the middle of pitching an at-bat this season.
