Of course I'm against loading a 13 year-old girl up with booze and drugs and then fucking her; obviously I think it's a horrible thing, and punishment should be severe.

BUT... if they make a movie about the incident, and the victim herself shows up at the screening, beaming with a veritable "two thumbs up!!" and posing for pictures, it does kinda take the sting away, no? I mean, at some point you gotta figure she and Polanski will hit the trading card circuit together a lá Thomson/Branca, right?
