Childish Nonsense Make a Bloggah Wanna Hollah

With this new "surge" of troops into Afghanistan, I'm seeing a lot of things popping up saying that NOW we're serious about things, now we're gonna re-focus, NOW we really really mean it, dadgummit! Is it just me, or is it tough to take any war seriously when our policy seems to be that of the ol' "okay, no more talking, starting...NOW!!...whoops, okay okay okay, I mean starting...NOW!!" game that children play all the time?
