People need to calm down about Grassley's comments here. Yeah, they're kinda stupid and insensitive. But there are billions of people who could denounce the Uganda bill. Rick Warren, for instance. But there are only a handful of people who can actually do something about changing healthcare in America, and Grassley is one of them. So I don't mind him being hyper-focused at this time.
