I read Lost Moon after the movie came out in 1995 (it was already re-titled Apollo 13, I think); but back then I was mostly enamored by space travel as done by cowboys, like any young buck I guess. Lunar travel version of The Right Stuff. But I re-read it a few weeks ago, and I must say, if you're looking for an intro to how space travel works in relation to astrophysics along with the incredibly technical engineering that takes place on the ground that is accessible to someone who doesn't know a lot about either subject, it's a pretty great book to read. Two Fonzie thumbs up "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy"
