Sam ting just happened to me. I go to call the daughter of one of our Chinese members and get a wrong number, who just happens to be Chinese as well. I was talkin for a few minutes before I understood I had the wong numba. What are the odds?

TRUE STORY AND weirder still: About 14 years ago, I had gotten engaged and was eager to inform my sister who lived in Cali. She had NO phone at the time, but I really NEEDED to get through to her. I remembered she had a friend living in the same neighborhood (not sure which street), and thought the friend's last name to be Johnson. So I asked the operator for the number of a Mrs. Johnson on the same street. I was given the number and called, leaving a message requesting to please have my sister call me back. Shortly afterward, my sister calls me back. She wanted to know HOW I got the name and number of her next door neighbor. Turns out, the name of my sister's friend was NOT Johnson, but Brown. I just happened to guess the name of the person living in the same duplex, on the other side of the wall from my sister, AND she had heard the phone ring from outside! Weird NEW JERSEY!!! Jesus take the wheel!
