Brits & Balls

I guess I sometimes forget how universal the internet is - if I think about it, it makes total sense that there are plenty of people in England who read Andrew Sullivan every day even though he now lives in DC.

But I was amused over the past few weeks watching Sully log about 15,000 posts (including live-blogging debates!) about the election for a new prime minister. Watching an British dude trying to explain the British political process is a bit like when someone tries to explain to me why I should love soccer, when the whole time you're talking all I can think is:

1) I don't care
2) you're probably gay.

Ah well!
