This guy Dallas Braden is such a douchebag idiot that when he finally does something worthwhile with a baseball and not his mouth
(pitching a perfect game for the A's today), his win against the Rays put the Yankees in first place for the first time this year. HA!

As much as I thought he overreacted after the A-Rod incident--who should not have crossed the mound, btw--I've got no ill will towards Braden and I've always thought of the A's as a classy team. Now, it would be even classier if A-Rod sent him a congratulatory text msg, dontcha think?
As for the Yankees' standings, seeing as they got pummeled in Chowdahead Town Sun night, they are still 0.5 games out of first. So, the one game the Rays lose the Yankees can't capitalize on...oh, well. (At least they won the series against the Sux. Again.)
