Hmm.

Homeland Security decides to slash New York anti-terrorism funds 11 days after Times Square bomb try:
The Department of Homeland Security decided Wednesday to go through with cuts to New York anti-terrorism funding, just 11 days after the Times Square car bombing attempt.

Rep. Pete King's office said the final DHS budget decision for the year gives the New York City area $111 million for transit security - a 27% cut from last year's funding of $153 million.

Also, the port security program for the metro-area is area is getting chopped from $45 million to $33.8 million - a cut of 25%.
Hmm. That's interesting. This country hasn't slashed spending on anything since it cut Lincoln's theater security team's hours, and yet they're cutting this.

Of course, it will be fun to watch REAL Americans and super-patriots get pissed off about these cuts and swarm to the defense of New York City - or, as the terrorists call it, "the only part of America we know and/or give two shits about." Yes, I'm almost certain those angry mobs are gearing up as we speak. USA! USA! USA!
