I guess McBabbydick is gonna be getting this report that in the name of Congressional oversight is all of a sudden more important than having a national intelligence chief in place, even though for 18 months McBabydick seemed to get along just fine without it until the time seemed right for a nice, old-fashioned, arms-crossed (sorry - too soon?) in a huff "look at me!" temper tantrum.
