On Sept 19 there's an all-day screening of five John Hughes flicks at the Lincoln Center.
Home Alone
16 Candles
Pretty in Pink
Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Planes, Trains & Automobiles
I don't know why The Breakfast Club isn't playing.
My own screening day would include
Mr. Mom
National Lampoon's Vacation
Planes, Trains & Automobiles
Uncle Buck
Dutch
with a side room showing
The Great Outdoors
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
Career Opportunities

Breakfast Club has its own super-event screening with a Q&A with Ringwald, Sheedy, and Nelson afterward. So that's why it's not part of the all-day thing.
I'd swap out Mr. Mom for one of your side room movies, but otherwise we're on the same wavelength there. Career Opportunities is another "never not watching it" movie for me. The Mulroney brothers are killer.
