I'm surprised that I had never realized before that Bloom County (see my personal superslice here) debuted on the day John Lennon was shot. Which is strange since With the Beatles was released on the day JFK was shot. Hmm.

If I was more clever, I'd Photoshop the iconic With the Beatles album cover with Bloom County characters instead of the Beatles.
