Sports History.

This guy HERE is calling October 1-22, 1975 "The Most Important Three Weeks in Sports History" thanks to Ali/Frazier, Sox/Reds and Miller/Flood, along with Bill/Hillary.
The decision proved prescient. Thirty-five autumns later, the NFL looks invulnerable; free agents and confessed performance-enhancers will play critical roles in baseball's postseason; another Clinton wedding has recently released its grip on the national news cycle -- and few Americans could tell you, under penalty of death, which Klitschko brother is heavyweight champion of which boxing organization.
Obviously this hack writer must be out of his goddam mind since it was over a decade before either my blocked extra point at Lancaster, or my game-winning RBI in the 1990 Northern Neck District Championship game, or THE GREATEST CATCH OF ALL TIME.

Nice try, asseyes. Hey, if you're gonna write about sports, it'd be nice if you actually learned some of it's history.
