David Brooks rips the current GOP "governing" style.

It's hard to blame the 41 GOP Senators or the 2,314,221 people making over $250K/year in the country for this, since it's obviously incredibly beneficial to them and they're rightly trying to get what they want. But I fail to see how any one of the other 297,685,738 people in the country could possibly be in favor of this.
