While listening to the new America's Test Kitchen Radio Show I mentioned earlier, a listener from Leesburg, VA called in, which made me think of this past Christmas when Brothatime!! made The Parsely Thief's famous ribs, and they were fucking scrumptuous :)
Course, I didn't have the heart to tell him I've had the real thing, but hey....
