Mentalfloss has a post on old Beatles cartoons, and I was surprised they're all not goofy as fuck, like I'd previously seen HERE. I Am the Walrus? For kids?
But the one I'm hooked is below, the intro for when A Hard Day's Night first played on NBC in 1967. It's a reminder of a time that even someone my age has started to forget and surely anybody younger would deem inconceivable, when something on tv could be an "event," to be seen when AND ONLY WHEN on of the big three networks broadcast it, and you assumed you'd never, ever it again.
