Is This From the Fucking Onion?

Blind photographer John Dugdale pays $127 a month for a 1,000-square-foot apartment at 59 Morton St. in Greenwich Village -- what Manhattanites would consider a dream home.


But a double-whammy of rent worries is giving him agita: His building is up for sale for the second time in two years, and Albany is undergoing its periodic review of the rent laws that help him live on the cheap.
For all I know this is an article about where to get paid to feel titties; I didn't get past "blind photographer." What the fuck?
