Some things I didn't know about Urkel:

- His first tv role was as a kid on The Jeffersons

- Rudy Huxtable was written as a boy and he was supposed to play him up until it got changed at the last minute.

- Family Matters apparently ran until 1998.  What?

- He's the highest-paid black kid in the history of television.
