Death

I've noticed that little kids today seem to be a lot more aware of dying and death that I was at that age; a few I've noticed to the point of being somewhat anxious about it.  I don't remember even being aware of death until I was a little older and heard about "the bomb", but even that barely registered.  I wonder if this has anything to do with how obsessed kids today generally are with dinosaurs, since one of the first things they're told about them is "oh yeah, and one day they all suddenly died."
