Dumb for Dummies

I guess we're supposed to make fun of Rick Perry being a shitty student, but to me this is the single smartest thing he's done yet, in recognizing Republican's insatiable desire to have a candidate as dumb as themselves who wears his anti-intellectualism as a badge of honor.  It's only a matter of time before there's a GOP candidate bragging that he dropped out of 5th grade, can't read or write, and is baffled re: how the bread goes in the toaster and comes out as toast, for he will be the Messiah they've been waiting for.
