Rick Perry Is Smarter Than Everyone Else

There's a lot to like re: Rick Perry telling us that Medicare and Social Security are unconstitutional, but my favorite is that after more than half a century and thousands of constitutional lawyers poring over two of the biggest entitlement programs in the history of the world, it took a governor from Texas who brags about how shitty he did in school to notice they're unconstitutional and point it out to everybody.  That's pretty awesome.
