The System: It Works!!!!

Dear Mr. Wilson:

This is in response to your customer service request regarding a problem you encountered using the Metrocard Vending Machine (MVM).

Our investigation indicates that an error occired when you attempted to purchase or add value to your MetroCard at a Metrocard Vending Machine. We are, therefore, enclosing a Regular Metrocard containing $5.00 in value.

If you require additional assistance about this or any issue involving a Metrocard Vending Machine, please contact Metrocard Customer Service at (718) 330-1234, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
I love how they give an acronym, but then don't use it in the two instances afterwards for which you would think it existed in the first place.
