My favorite is the Welsh Rabbit.
As you already know, I loves me some toast. Nom nom fucking nom!14. A Welsh breakfast – errrm is it just me or is that cheesy toast flashing me a smile? Welsh Rarebit aka cheese on toast is a truly, truly delicious breakfast. Just the sight of that bubbling cheese makes me want to smother it in Worcestershire Sauce and chow down, mmmmm.

Oh, this reminds me of the time you wondered what a person could do with an avocado. Slice it thinly and serve with buttered toast!, I said. This works especially well on real Italian bread (toasted).
You just have to make sure the avocado isn't hard. It must be soft.
Oh, and salt: Just a touch of salt on the avocado.
