This appears to be a campaign speech for him (newsflash: the media is evil! Thanks Herm!)  More importantly, from what I can tell after only a few minutes is that it seems to be a fact that as long as you have a shitty memory, you can do whatever you want without consequences.  Genius!  Why not just go full-on Barbarino?
