BREAKING NEWS: Rick Perry Might Not Be a Genius

One time in college I made a joke by asking someone if they wanted to go see the new Spike Lee joint, "Malcolm the Tenth"; Rick Perry has done the same with Kim Jong-Il, but I'm "guessing" he wasn't joking and is instead pretty much as stupid as we think he is:

In an email statement regarding the death of North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Il, Rick Perry mistakenly referred to the despot as Kim Jong the Second.
