This past weekend my sister-in-law claimed that The Promised Land was a better and more exciting song than Born to Run. OBviously this means she's she's insane and doesn't know what she's talking about, but it reminded me of this clip of a spray-tanned Bruce at the World Premier screening of The Promise: The Darkness on the Edge of Town Story at the Toronto International Film Festival, interviewed by Ed Norton.
