Xmastime Critique

The Frontline episode Money, Power and Wall Street serves to tell us a few things: Wall Street works in a way that is by definition anathema to capitalism, nobody actually understands the system or what's going on, and, personally speaking, you have to be insane to put your money in these peoples' hands.


Also, I wonder if there's any connection between the timing of Bernie Madoff getting thrown to the wolves as history's biggest monster and the fact that to this day, four years later, not a single person has faced any consequences for their role in the historical financial meltdown.
