How Far We've Come

You can disagree with how Obama did or didn't handle the US Embassy violence. You're free to say that he's an idiot or a pussy, that he completely fucked it up and that if you were in his place you'd have totally kicked ass. But for Mitt Romney to claim that Obama "sympathizes with the attackers" would have been unthinkable only years ago. For a national party's presidential candidate to openly point to the president as being on the side of the attackers against the US and expect not only no consequences but in fact political gain from it, well. Shit's, in a word, crazy.
