Body count: Only one, but it was one of the greatest cultural icons in history; impossible to figure the number of lives his music saved (John Lennon's not Brothatime!!'s)

July 14
Body count: 108 at the storming of the Bastille and another 30,000+ during the French Revolution (not even including another 230K from the Vendée.) Also died: the French monarchy.

Body count: 2,996, plus another 4,400 US soldiers (and counting) along with tens of thousands of Iraqi civilians, to say nothing of kicking off the crumbling of the American empire and a trillion dollars.
